Queensland P76 Private Owners -

I also have a small fleet of Citroens which keep me poor, hence a turn in WA to make some bucks and get them all restored and extend the shed.

: I even have a 1962 ID19 Citroen Sedan which is number 64 built in Australia, it's a French ID19 Parisienne sedan which was sent to Australia as a kit, but it is just a shell that was stripped for all its parts.

: Citroens have suffered like P76 from being unwanted, worthless and stripped for all their parts.
: One of these cars I bought for $600 registered and roadworthy, a crying shame for such fine cars.
: You can't even sell them for the cost of restoration.
: My first love in cars was the P76, we had the country cream deluxe that was due to shipment to the UK.
: Some lucky person I hope still has it.
: So that's why I am searching for one now.
: It wasn't until last month when a friend gave me his Nutmeg Super for nothing that my excitement was rekindled.
: The Nutmeg one is only good for stripping sadly, it has no engine and hasn't moved from her parking in the sun in an industrial yard for many years.
: Remarkably the white interior is still in good nick, I hope to slowly rejuvenate it and maybe use it in the future.
: The old owner used the hub caps on his boat trailer, so I hope to extract them from him.
: I've attached the pic from when they gave it to me last month.
: It's great to be able to find a person who likes P76, every one tells me I'm an idiot for liking the to biggest lemon cars on the road, but then I look at a falcon or a commodore and don't find anything very attractive about them.
